Poorest service

It is over 3 weeks I got an accident. My car was towed to Auto magic panel beaters and miway sent an assesor from another panel beater to where my car is. The outcome I got from Vongani Mashimbyi is right off because of the estimation of the prices, my husband asked him why didn't they take quatation from Auto magic because it is less than what the other panel beater gave them he said he will look into it its been weeks without hearing from him, we left messages, emails and nothing. We do not want anything anymore, we just want miway to give us the cover amount of our vihicle and we will fix it ourselves. End of the story!
