Poor,bad, disgusting Service

I am complaining on behalf of my sister, she involve in car incidents few weeks back at Golden highway road towards Evaton. She called the insurance which is miway, spoke to Keagile Tetfo consultants she request pictures of the car,she sent it then surprisingly they told her the car is written off by looking the pictures. They never sent an assessor to assess physical the damage of the car. However now they told me they are going to take the car and give me R150k an the other balance which is R80k must pay for myself.

I wrote and I call ombudsman to assist me as I provided them about my policy agreement contract with miway stating im covered with Retail Value.
