Poor validation and Biased validators

I put forth a claim in March and the claim validator told me from the get go that he was going to reject my claim. This guy hardly called me to let me know on how the claim was going, I had to call him every day to find out how far he was with the claim. He was judgmental from the onset and biased. Without any proper findings my claim was dismissed and to make it worse they took the car from me to Auction Nation and was told to go fetch it myself and carry out all the costs. Don't bother yourself with taking an Insurance with them cause when you are in and accident they will say f*@k you we had your money but we won't help you out.
