Poor support from Miway and Third Parties Carttack/Netstar

Miway wants me to install a tracking device in my car so the car is covered for theft and hijacking. after almost a week of going back and forth i still dont have a call back from cartrack or Netstar callcentre numbers just ring yet we need to have confidence in these products Miway endorses.
