Poor servive received from Miway

Miway service is ridiculous!!!! I will never recommend it to anyone. I was totally disappointed with the service I received from them. This was my first and last claim with them as I am cancelling my contract with them. I mistakenly bumped into a rock recently whilst reversing and the bumper got damaged. We then lodged a claim with Miway and the car was booked for assessment at Renew-IT Rivonia. After the assessment MIWay called us back to say that they the total amount charged for fixing was R18000. So they advised us that our excess would be R14000 and they were only going to pay R4000. This is totally unacceptable considering that we have a comprehensive cover with them and paying R2000 every month!!I am going to make sure all my colleagues and friends cancel their contracts with this service provider. Please don't use Miway, it is very unreliable!!
