Poor services of Miway insurance

So guys I have a dispute case with miway insurance since they decided to cancel my claim and policy. I went to ombudsman to report them and we were given 21 working days which will expire on the 7th of July 2025, today it's the 3rd of July they are quite no communication no nothing. When I'm asking them when do meet they saying this matter is being handled by the dispute department. But I'm looking at the date the deadline is closer it's Monday but you are quiet . You want to tell me you are still not ready for the dispute? Miway services guys are very poor infect they are disrespectful
