Poor services getting from MiWay

Last in year in June my car was bumped by another car. I paid an excess fee whereby MiWay promised to claim back the excess fee that paid. I sent all details to MiWay legal department. Since then and I tried to call MiWay to remind them but no positive response. I'm paying MiWay every month in return I'm getting poor services.
