Poor service very poor service

I made a claim after an accident and the lady said to me that my vehicle is not covered for accidents because their is no tracker installed in my vehicle and that they forwarded letters to me in regard of this. I send the letters to her which i received which stated that my vehicle is not covered for Theft or Hi-jacking because their is tracker installed. The theft and hi-jacking was still acceptable by me after i complaint to Miway that Cartrack made appointments but to date this tracker is not installed. She phoned me on Monday now stating that they informed me by telephone that my car is not covered for accidents. She said that my vehicle is just covered for the windscreen and riot cover. I am sorry but then i lost it because i will not pay insurance of nearly R600-00 for a windscreen and riot cover
