Poor Service: Unprofessional conduct

We were traumatized by the zero compassion shown by MiWay after our attempted hijack accident. Miway failed to investigate our tracker report and rather than help us, destroyed our lives a second time after the accident by repudiating our claim. We are just another victim of 16k reviewers Our tracker report clearly shows the entire story with GPS and date and time stamps and alerts. Tracker was supposed to dispatch an ambulance on the impact alert which they did not. If Tracker and Miway did what we paid them to do we would never had to fight for lives, first assaulted by a tow trucker, who tried to ***** our car without auth from miway....then being attacked and ****** by Wonga addicts while the police and towers do nothing and finally flag down a security company car to help and organize an Uber home from the accident scene, we should have been taken to the hospital after the accident? Miway failed us and had no compassion for the trauma we endured and has ruined our lives financially, physically and emotionally. Do not insure with them if you value your life or your car.
