Poor Service Standards

My experience with MIWAY was not a good one. After changing my address MIWAY decided to do things their way and increase my premium even though I had a lower risk considering that I will no longer be driving my vehicle on the N1 and have moved over to using the bus. According to the MIWAY consultant I do not know how to calculate my risk. It seems that it is okay to use some dubious computer program to determine my risk without some user logic. Another major problem is the professionalism when calling in to MIWAY. There is alot of background noise of people laughing etc. I must say the best service that I got was from Thabani who dealt with my cancellation. Rather get more people like him to deal with customers. This low star rating is due to my experience with MIWAY insurance and has nothing to do with Thabani's service. Why does MIWAY want to use an agent to guide me through the review process. I would like to take my time and share my thoughts. I have not had any claims with MIWAY since being with them for 5 months so I am unable to comment on the claim process. My change in service is purely on the basis of the way in which I have been treated as a client.
