Poor service so far

I submitted a claim with Miway and my car was towed last week through miway and it’s a second week now without my car for a damaged that I could have fixed myself.Now the panel bearers that is supposed to fix my car doesn’t know where my car is,what a poor communication between,miway and the panel bearers because I also don’t know where the car is.This is a pain because it’s gonna take a month to fix my car.Not happy at all with the service and this car was bumped by a drunken driver who also happen to be Miway client and I am paying access also.
