Poor Service, Rudeness, and No Assistance with Cancellation

I am extremely disappointed with the way MiWay has handled my claim dispute and latest excessive price increase. I raised a dispute regarding my claim, and unfortunately, the consultant handling my case was extremely rude and unprofessional. They failed to provide updates, forcing me to constantly call in for feedback, and eventually stopped communicating altogether. Now, I want to cancel my policy due to this poor service and the unreasonable increase, but I cannot get any assistance. Every time I try, there’s no one willing or available to help me finalise the cancellation. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. MiWay’s lack of communication, professionalism, and unwillingness to assist customers properly is unacceptable. I expect urgent assistance to cancel my policy without any further delays.
