Poor service provider recommended by Miway

I am very disappointed with the service am getting by trident pannelbeater your service provider you recommended there is guy by the name of Charlie he just said **** you unto me for àm telling him that the car he repaired was not well polished which he acknowledged in the beginning and said I must bring it back I brought it back now he says it's full and am a **** up coz he said he is full,I requested the manager by the name of Denzel he told him to apologize he refused and said I was not talking to him admitting that he said that,I believe this is the last time my cars will be sent here for repairs the service and communication sucks.am asking myself how does this Charlie work with other black guys everyday, he is an old man whom should know respect goes both ways and you earn it.if he can refuse to say am sorry to his boss what kind of msg do I get here coz he admitted that he said F*CK unto me ,Miway please get your house in order I can't just pay money to be insulted by your service provider
