Poor service on online chat

What is the point of having the option to chat to a consultant when they keep on cutting you off by disconnecting the chat online. The consultant's name is Bathabile Madlopha and this happened more then 5 times now. I'm really unhappy with your services and am strongly considering to go back to my previous insurer. I wanted to add an addition vehicle to my policy and ask a few questions regarding the policy. Not so impressed!!
