POOR SERVICE ON CLAIMS.
I've submitted a claim with MiWay on my car. The claim was processed and I've even took my car to a panel beater to be accessed, after that MiWay just don't bother anymore. I've even reversed my premium payment in the hope that someone phones me but NOTHING AT ALL HAPPENED. IF I HAVE TO RATE THIS COMPANY OUT OF 10 MY RATING WOULD BE - 10.
I would never recommend anyone to join MiWay and if you are with them just switch to someone else for better service Regards Willem Nienaber
