Poor service offered

<div>I submitted my claim for damaged turned on the 15/03/2021 and all the requested information, i was assisted by Mr Ronny Gololo. I was told my claim will take three to five working days to be processed. On the 16 and 17 I made follow up with e-mail checking on the progress of my claim, Ronny never responded to my e-mails.On the 18/03/2021 i made follow up with a phone call I was told my claim was approved. Their lack of communication made me sick, for me to be able to know the status of my claim I must run after them as their doing me favor is not fair I pay for this type of services they are not offered to me for free.</div>
