Poor service of Miway

I'm very disappointed how Miway handled my accident to claim against there clients policy . I was stationery at the stop sign of Jonny Arendse street in (Car A) waiting on the approaching (Car B) to pass when the incident occurred . I noticed that the driver was driving too fast on a suburban road and she seemed in a hurry .As she took the turn from Carma street into Jonny Arendse in that same high speed she obviously misjudged it and consequently hit my stationary vehicle . She stopped looked at me didn't get out of her car and continued driving towards what i later discovered was her house . I made a U turn and followed her , until she eventually stopped infront of her house , jumped out her car and explain to me that she's really sorry about what happened but i must please wait for her father to come in order to deal with the accident as she can't deal with it immediately because she's in a panicked state due to the fact that their house was burning , hence her being in such a hurry and driving so fast and that she was busy dealing with the firefighters also parked infront of their house . Upon arriving her father asked me to please be patient because there house is burning down and now they have to deal with the accident as well , so he wanted to know if we can go to the police station and report the accident the following day and discuss repairing my car . I then took photos of the house the fire trucks and both cars and ceeded straight to the police station to open an accident report. Monday i contacted her father and he said to me that i shouldn't worry , he already lodged a claim with Miway and i must get the case number ( ***) from his daughter . I than emailed all the necessary documents to Miway and explain to Leeann Moodley Legal Advisor what happened , she emailed that it takes 8-10 working days for Assessor to provide them with their report . I waited for 10 days and received an email stating that i was not stationery when the collision occurred . There insured was turning into Jonny Arendse street , when i turned left into Carma street and collided with their client . Therefore we hereby deny liability as you were the more legally liable party in the collision . So this is what you get when you have a good heart and the decency to let others sort out there stuff and put yours last . She turned the whole story around now Miway decline the claim based on her saying i turned when i clearly did not . Just want to say thanks to Leeann Moodley from Miway because you are now turning this into a "He" said "She" said .
