POOR SERVICE MIWAY

Miway. The WORSE insurance company I ever had. 2022 December I had an accident and i called Miway .I was told to take the car for assessment, which I did. I was told to take the car to RENEW-IT IN REVONIA. Renew-it fixed some of the issues after 4 weeks, I was called to collect the car. They told me that they were still waiting for other parts . I informed miway. The car condition got worse .the damage was at the bonnet, and the passengers window . After collecting it the car was saying suspension failed, parking lights not working, pack the car ,the car is not safe to drive, and the windscreen back of the car was cracked. My car is a Volvo XC 90. When i fetched it was CX 90 Volv.I informed miway about all of this. After a month, Renew-it called me to bring the car back . I took it back, and again they kept the car for about 3 weeks without updating me. I called them to check to check like what's happening with my car. They told me that they were still waiting for miway to give them a go ahead. Miway their service is very bad. I've been waiting for them to come back to me until October. OCTOBER MY INSURANCE PREMIUM WENT UP FROM R 4000 TO R7500 PER MONTH. MIWAY THEY HAVEN'T DISCUSSED ANYTHING ABOUT THE CLAIM FOR DECEMBER 2022. UNTIL NOW. And now I'm fixing my car. While I'm paying the insurance.
