Poor service, indifferent interaction
It has been 2 years since my R5000 refund inquiry has been reported which was referred to their legal team. I have given them all the necessary documentation but Nobody bothers to update me.
We are living in a tough economic time which has left some of us jobless, this money will have a huge difference in my current situation
