Poor Service in MiWay

Poor Service in MiWay. I want a proof of assurance that I'm still covered fully by MiWay after I made changes in the status of my Cartrack from a full contract to a month to month car insurance during our chat conversation with MiWay representative called Mandla Msiza. The answer was yes but I simply wanted a transcript of the conversation so that they do not give me a headache when I have to claim. Firstly, he ignored my question, and then he said our conversation is recorded with a reference number. I insisted on the transcript and he said that will be sent to me after 72 hours. That is what I considered to a POOR, ************, and DANGEROUS service because if something happens within these 72 hours then I do not have proof that I'm covered, except their word against mine. I'm now doubting the quality & authenticity of this car insurance called MiWay.

Finally, my complaint was resolved by MiWay after I complained about their initial poor service to Hellopeter. According to Innocentia from MiWay, my matter was uncommon and the initial response I got from Mandla Msiza(also from MiWay) was not completely correct because, although I'm still covered by MiWay with my Cartrack now on a month to month basis this cover is only valid for 30 days only because there is one month notice & thereafter I must renew my Cartrack contract so as to be covered further & fully by MiWay. Mandla Msiza did not specify that, which is obviously serious omission, but in any case, this matter is now water under the bridge since Innocentia has now clarified it to me during our conversation today. Thanks to MiWay and also special thanks to Hellopeter for their quick intervention in this issue.
