Poor service from Teboho Moloi at Miway,

Today I had the worse experience from Teboho Moloi at Miway, I honestly believe that people who cant use logic or their brains should be placed in departments where that is exactly needed. This morning on my school run, I hit a pothole that damaged 3 of my tires, I called Miway and got to speak to Teboho, who at first was very good, upon querying where the vehicle must be towed to, my house or the yard, Teboho was not sure what the process would be if I tow it to my house, but he was prepared to arrange towing without knowing where to tow the car to, this became a huge problem, eventually after being put through to claims and they giving me feedback, I made a decision to tow the car to the yard, only to find out that they will send First Help to do the towing, I advised that I do not want them to tow me, based on the 3rd degree story they ran on how this company ****s people, Teboho advised that he will arrange to get another company to tow me, by the time this happened the towing company had arrived, only to hear from the driver that head his head office called to say he must not tow me, because I do not like them, I advised that I do prefer a different company and gave him my reasons, he understood, however i was very upset that Teboho created a situation like that, I then wanted to make sure that I do the right thing and make sure that I did not cause anything to make me get ****med, but Teboho was not very helpful with this process, I asked for his manager and gave him the story only for him to be worse than Teboho, I had to eventually agree to First Help and got the car towed to my house, I was not going to trust them alone with my car, during all of this, the tow truck was no sufficient and they had to call in a truck to load the car, to make matters worse the truck got stuck with diesel and he had to send the other guy to buy diesel, I am not blaming the staff from First Help, I just feel that I was not treated decent after raising my concerns, I will cancel this policy after the claim is sorted...
