Poor service from miway insurance

I have been with miway since 2015, had claimed before and the was no hustles. Now I had an incident, put up a claim and it was approved and the sms stated that the service provider will call me to make arrangements for the car to be fixed. Fast forward the service provider is not calling and I went to them to enquire and to my surprise they haven't been authorized and it's just a trail of messages. Miway (Mr Donovan Reed) is not even replying to the service provider anymore and I'm being introduced to a new person everytime I enquire since the 29 of August. Shocking poor service ever from miway. Even now I'm still waiting but no progress.
