Poor service from Miway

Poor service. No one gets back to you in connection with their "tracker device" that is required to be installed in your vehicle. They are quick to take your money even if you cancelled or did not even engage with them. Several emails and phone calls and still the debit order goes off...and they cannot even refund. I did nit even engage, and got a cancellation letter and still deducted the so called installment. Very poor service
