Poor service from Miway

I am very disappointed with the service I received from miway. Tuesday a debit went off on my account and when I called to ask what the debit was for, nobody could answer me. I was then told an investigation would be carried out and I will be contacted in an hour.. since then I have not had anyone contact me! I then looked at my contract and noticed they have over quoted me with R130 000 which was placed under “other” on accessories.. I queried this and I was told they will listen to my recording and revert back… again.. nobody contacted me.. So I am sitting with a high premium and an insurance company that just decides to ***** my money mid month!! I am so angry I am looking for alternative car insurance!! That time I have been their customer for more than 3years!! I am so angry
