Poor service from miway claim department

<p>I was involve in a accident, the clain ( claim no. C715212 ) was approved, but they only fixed huge damages but the scraches which were caused by the incident were ignored. Tried calling them even sending the claim department email. When i tell them of my problem they tell me thier system is off-line they will come back none. Called again yesterday they said, they have dend email to the assessor they'll give me a call after even now nothing. My car got deep scraches and miway is ignoring me. I wont advice anyone to join miway after my experience with the claim department </p>
