Poor service from miway

Good day, my experience with miway is not good at all, I have claim the window of rear door that was damaged wen I parked my car, they just send me the reference and the name of the service provider that I have to go and replace the window after that they never called me to confirm until when I made a call to them and still they just said I must wait for service provider to call I ask them why don't they made follow up because am not getting any call, however I decided to go to the service provider and the service provider confirmed that they do receive a claim but I have to pay an amount of 1129 for excess but the window that was supposed to be installed to my car was just a window of less than 300 I do confirm that because it was not original window of my car then I have asked them why should I pay 1129 while you are going to put something that it won't even cost you more than 500 included with your labour the lady she said miway can't authorised the original glass. So in short miway is an useless insurance that I cannot recommend to anyone, since then they haven't come back to me to check if am okay, their service it's very poor.
