Poor service from MinWay

My Sister had a worst experience of her life with MiWay, They took time to approve her claim, Bare in mind her claim is a very minor claim , her car is still in motion all it needed was a new bumper and paint then detailing, 3 weeks later the car is still in painting, they refused to extended her Courtesy car and told her its not their fault that the panel beater is delaying, i requested all my family members to cancel their Policies and i declined to insure my 3 cars with them as they were begging me to come to them, they had a good offer but the service they gave to my sister was very poor. Now she doesnt have anything to go around with and her car doesnt seem that it will be released any time soon from their panel beater
