poor service from mi way

poor service that we are receiving from mi way. My mom's car went to the panelbeaters december and still today the car is not back.everytime we call them and t they promise to call back and they don't.everytime when we ask for the reference number they say the calls are recorded they cant give ref numbers.we do not understand why is it taking so long because it was only a mirror and the wheel in the front,but now since the car was with them they say water went inside and they putting back the seats and the car will be back on monday meaning 16th up to today we are still waiting,when i phoned them yesterday and ask to speak to the team leader they called chris du plessis which he promised to call back up to now my mom still waiing.may you please help us in this matter.car registration pmj 518 gp mercedes benz compressor. claim number ***7.
