Poor service from claims department

My claim was not handled appropriately even though I had submitted a quote to prove the cost of the damage they refused to accept it and rather undervalued the cost of the damages and closed the claim on that basis and I ended up walking away empty handed. The claims department was very slow in replying to emails and the whole process was frustrating.

I wouldn’t recommend them for car insurance
