Poor service

You know where I am am asking myself why am I paying miway for my car insurance I have dropped my car on the 03rd march 2022 to the eldan auto body and I qualify for courtesy car for 20 days on the 23rd march I returned the car and I tried to ask them to extend courtesy car because the auto body they're hiding by saying they delayed because insurance instructed them to look around for old parts on the s****yard than buying parts to the service provider that's why they're delaying now they only find an old door from s****yard and they call it alternative, guy's now I don't know what to do all my plan failed because of them so that's how they treat their customers but when it comes to pay they don't compromise,I tried to beg them to extend courtesy because they cause a delay and the delay that it's not clear as like now when the car will be ready cause I have been promised ***** since the panel beater said it will be ready on the 18 till today they don't even bother to make follow up with them and the panel beater they're telling me that they won't cover all the damage caused by accident because insurance said so guy's am telling you join this at your own risk.
