POOR SERVICE
I am very disappointed with the service I received from you guys. I lodged a claim with you guys on the 29th of Dec. I haven't been paid even though the claim approved on monday. I have to always call to find out what's the progress with my claim. I was made to run around for an entire 20 minutes today but still none of the agents could tell me what's the hold up all about.
