Poor service - Doctor from claims

What a terrible service

MiWay took my car on 1st of July and upto this day never heared from them. They don’t update from the agent Doctor to the teamleader Kea who will avoid your call at all cost. This is the most pathetic service provider ever. After being with them for over 6 years. They are so horrible they will be telling you they will return ur call but they will never do. I wonder if they are even qualified to be doing what they doing coz they pathetic
