Poor service delivery
More then a month ago a claim was submitted to Miway claim no C*** after weeks it was apeoved and the go-ahead was given to repair, I requested to see the quote and to my horror a major part that was damaged was not on the quote, I immediately contacted the assessors and was told not to worry it will be sorted. Now today more then a week ago I contacted the panelbeaters to ask the progress only to be told they are waiting on Miway to approve the part. No realy what service is this Miway claims you have peace of mind with your claims but what can I call this?????
