Poor service

I would like to immediately retract my earlier rating of 5 to Miway Car insurance for lying to me. I requested them to rectify the mistake they made on my email address because I can't login to my app nor receive my contract because they captured my email address incorrectly. I called them and one of their *********** agent told me that he sorted out everything and they immediately asked me to rate them on this web. I did rate them well immediately after the call thinking my problem was solved. Only to realize a week later that it was not true. I still can't receive my emails nor login. My email is not updated as they said. Now, I'm starting to have doubts about this company!! How can I have a policy with you yet I don't have a copy of a contract???!
