poor service

I used to trust Miway business insurance, coz I never had challenges before. but after my car burnt down, I received the worst service ever. it's almost 2 months waiting for feedback. I tried to communicate with the claim accessor(Justice) and his supervisor(Mpho) several times hoping to get this matter concluded. It's more like they are looking for a gap not pay than assisting me, while busy debiting my account every month without service. I requested recordings of witness from Mpho Mabitsela to date I'm still waiting, he is also promised to process the refund and cancel the policy since the car is a write-off. I have lost my trust in Miway
