Poor service

What a terrible service! I've been insured with them for the past 5 years I've had 1 claim which was completed I've insured plus minus 10 cars with them during this time. Their prices skyrocketed after the only claim, right now as we speak I've moved some of my cars to the sister company Santam. I've registered a household claim with them and it's been a week without TV, dstv, fridge computer (which I've already fixed) and my son X box. Nadine has been handling my claim. Terrible service and the lines keeps breaking
