Poor service by Tongaat Auto Industries and MiWay doing very little to rectify

I had an accident April 2019, the claim was approved and car sent to the panelbeaters for repairs, the repairs were very poor and for a small car and the nature of the accident should have taken shorter than it did to repair, but Tongaat Auto Industries kept on saying they are fixing additionals but they failed to say which. End of June 2019, i forced them to hand over my car as i was not prepared to pay for it for the 3rd time without driving it of which they did, mind you during the course of the repairs there were no updates on the progress. Upon collecting my car I realized it wasn't properly repaired and wasn't safe to drive. I told MiWay about this and they sent it to Denttech for further work to be done on it, certain errors were corrected but not all of it, eg. front windscreen wipers still disfunctional.
