Poor service by Miways - car claim related

Claim no: C***, It's been two weeks since I had car client with Miway insurance, and no update or progress have been made. I have called the Panelbeeters who advised that they provided Miway with all necessary documents (pictures) to validate and approve the claims. I have been calling Miway daily and everytime Im told it will be done within 1hour. Other time im told assessor is on lunch, such a disgrace. Im not sure one need to resort to post in all socials media platforms to get attention.
