Poor service by Miway

Miway legal team is pathetic, I have a Third party liability claim. I have provided everything they asked for, I provided evidence that their incident driver was negligent and collided with our car. Miway says their driver said he was side swiped and they believe him. There is no evidence of side swipe. They know the collision happened at dusk and there were no witnesses apart from the passenger. It is as if they get commission for every denied claim. They look or ridiculous reasons to deny the claim. We definitely going to report to Ombudsman and FSCA. Miway is dealing in Bad faith, am not even sure if their clients really do have third liability cover.
