Poor service by MiWay.

Today a vehicle in-front of me drove over a branch which shot up against my window, causing a major crack on the driver side. I contacted MiWay to submit a claim, Where they advised me my policy does not cover this damage. When signing for this policy 2 years ago, it clearly states that it does cover for this issue, However it was removed (without notifying me) when the policy was renewed this year and my premium has increased. This is my first claim since joining MiWay 2 years ago. Really disappointed by this poor service.
