Poor service
Horrible service,Agent doesn't follow up,they offer such a low disclaimer payout which doesn't cover complete damage,The intial payout was R10k.When I did express my frustration regarding the disclaimer the agent offered unrealistic increase of R2k,the payout should be R25k I reached out to complaint department,that agent provided no benefit
I am still waiting for feedback from the insurnace agent ,let's see how that goes. Looking to find alternate insurance
