Poor service and unwillingness to acknowledge it
I made my claim on the with of May. I had to call multiple times to ask for update in my claim. I took my car for repairs a month later and I currently still don't have my car. The repairs says they ordered wrong part and I have to wait again for them to receive the parts. I really am disappointed by the excuses that I have received. Why didn't MiWay reject the claim? I need to be at work on Monday but i can't because I don't have a car.

14 Jul 2020, 10:22I was called by a person by the name of Thabiso yesterday who said will follow up on why I have received such a slow and bad service but they never called to give me feedback. This isn't the first person from MiWay who calls and pretends to be willing to help me. It's literally almost 2 months since I have submited my claim and my car is still not repaired and MiWay is still not assisting me with solutions either. I'm extremely dissappointed.
