Poor service and no loyaties

I ve been a loyal miway customer from 2013 july now 3 yrs i added my wife ln the policy as i bought a own car. In these 3 yrs she only claimed a glass then here comes a plocy review i get an increase of more than R300 rand. What am i paying for as i ve sacrificed not to ve care hire on my current policy but i should ve such increase. I am very much disappointed with the service i got nokuthula Dhlamini she has failed me she failed even to keep my current policy to run for a year without changes as i ve no claims on the current items insured with miway. I so miss the olden days of miway where the likes of Ziphora will pull all strings to make me happy. These current policy i ve been offered is not done miway. All i wish to do right now is look for policy that fit my budget.Miway has been loyal to me as i ve been loyal to them but it is not loyal to my wife that means am not happy and for that i am considering to shop an insuer thaf will value my loyalty and my wife too
