poor service and lack of service attitude

claim reference number is: C***. very disappointed in the service I have received from Kgomotso Sefolo. I Logged a claim on 02 july and l still waiting waiting for my claim to be finalised. Iam sure she is not *********** but just lacks the passion/zeal /desire to be of assistance. i am not sure if i shouldphone call centre every time i need an update on my case or may be she lacks compassion and being being proactive
