Poor service and lack of communication

Unprofessional service and lack of communication from miway.

I had taken out full comprehensive cover for car insurance, the consultant didn't let me know that I needed a specific tracking device to be fully covered, then sent an sms 2 weeks later saying I am not covered for theft and hijacking because the tracker currently in my car is not the spec that they require.
