Poor Service
My father had an accident in 05 February 2025. To date nothing has been done all their e-mails are saying "await reassessment report from the internal assessing team" My father is 72 years old and he is being sent from pilla to post. The Reference is C*** and the person dealing with the query is Malebana Mohale. I took over and syaryed sending e-mails to him on 18 August 2025. He responded on 21 August that they do not have a turnaround time as they work on a first in first out basis. From February to date?and now He is just quiet not even an e-mail to my father or me. My Father's name is Kholisile Rolance Xonti.Kindly assist
