Poor service

I tried downloading border letter on Miway app without luck. Mind you they send communication that this can be done. Subsequent to this inconvenience I requested it via email. En route to my destination an agent contacted me the following day and promised to email it to me. I actually mentioned I’m almost at the border gate and she should urgently do so. I waited at the border gate for hours but nothing. I’m sure if I’m involved in an accident, they will be very quick to use it as an excuse to decline my claim
