Poor service

I am writing to you to file a complaint about the service that I was treated to on 13 feb 2021,I called one of your consultant I requested a no claim letter and the lady informed me that I'm gonna receive the letter this week and told me she is not even sure when,so it takes you guys days to draft a letter.i pay my premium on time monthly I didn't expect this from you.
