Poor service

I am not HAPPY with the quality of SERVICE I am receiving from Miway.<br> <br> <br> <br> <br> I can not be giving Lindy Ndlovu one and the same information over and over again. My claim is still pending simply because he is not reading my mails or chooses to ignore them.<br> <br> <br> <br> <br> I have given him a AR number more than once and have explained MORE than ONCE that the AR was done by the JMPD freeway patrol. I have also given him their contact details and yet he still comes back to me requesting the AR number and the other party details.<br> <br> <br> <br> <br> I have EXPLAINED more than ONCE that I was not allowed to take the OTHER PARTY details as the JMPD did so and I was given a contact number to contact to receive a AR number.<br> <br> <br> <br> <br> WHAT on earth is the hold up as you have the CONTACT number and the AR number where you can retrieve the other driver DETAILS. WHAT MORE DO YOU GUYS WANT???<br> <br> <br> <br> <br> This is a huge set back for me, when will this issue be resolved???
