Poor Service

Poor service, they cant even tell me who went to assess the car after the accident, when I took the car in for repairs it was running and starting just fine and now they are telling the battery and starter are not working. now they refuse to get me a battery and starter which were damaged as a result of the accident. and they keep telling me the wiring was worked on before which I don't dispute as I bought it second hand and yet I've have been paying them premiums for more than 5 years . to top it off when you call them they are just rude and useless and don't bother giving clear feedback
